• AOL, Earthlink & Compuserve dial-up users should minimize their connection window and launch Microsoft Internet Explorer from the Start button in order to use the standard, supported Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.

• Macintosh users will want to use Internet Explorer for MAC OSX or Apple's Safari browser as their browser in viewing the online course.

Information needed to know before taking this course:

1. Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
2. Once the student purchases the course, the student has ONE year to complete the program.
3. As the student works through the course, there is a comprehensive quiz after every video presentation. The quiz must be answered with 80% accuracy before that section can be marked complete.  As a supplemental assistance in learning the material there are text links to information that is pertainant to the material in the session. 
4. The final hurdle of the course is for the student to take the practice end-of-course exams. On the exam is related to the national portion of the course and the other is related to the Wisconsin Wisconsin Law .   The student must score a minimum of 70% to obtain the certificate for the course. 
5. The real test is the State Exam.  Students need to keep in mind that they are learning the material to pass the State Exam. Don't get frustrated, this is the important step in getting a Wisconsin Real Estate License
6. This course is NOT designed to be printed for security purposes and copy right regulations
7. At the time of registration for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the student will receive an e-mail from Cooke School with the user name and password to access the course.
8. Upon completing the course, Cooke Real Estate School receives and e-mail notifying that the student has successfully completed the course.   The school will mail the Certificate of Completion to the student.  Please allow three to four business days to receive this completion certificate.
9. This course is for helping student to obtain a Wisconsin real estate license and is not approved by any state agency.  Please note that the 72 Hour Wisconsin Principles Course which the content of the course comes from is approved.
