Information needed to know before taking this course:
Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
Once the student purchases the course, the student has ONE year to complete the program.
As the student works through the course, there is a comprehensive quiz after every video presentation. The quiz must be answered with 80% accuracy before that section can be marked complete. As a supplemental assistance in learning the material there are text links to information that is pertainant to the material in the session. Also, there is a crossword puzzle for each of the first 23 session to help the student learn the vocabulary.
The final hurdle of the course is for the student to take the two practice end-of-course exams. On fo the exam is related to the national portion of the course and the other is related to the Wisconsin state specfic portion of the course. The student must score a minimum of 70% to obtain the certificate for the course. To access the national exam the student will receive and email with a user name and password to access the exam. The link is on the right side of every web page in green "RECampus Student Login".
The real test is the State Exam. Students need to keep in mind that they are learning the material to pass the State Exam. Don't get frustrated, this is the important step in getting a Wisconsin Real Estate License

At the time of registration for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the student will receive an e-mail from Cooke School with the user name and password to access the course.
Every On-Line student must agree to the following affidavit: "I certify that I personally completed all assignments".
Upon completing the course, Cooke Real Estate School receives and e-mail notifying that the student has successfully completed the course. The school will mail the Certificate of Completion to the student. Please allow three to four business days to receive this completion certificate.
